Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Boden pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring you include the completed delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
